Co-founded the Technical Debt team, focused on future-proofing Medux’s core ERP application. Improved the release cycle from a few times per year to feature-based deployments. Guided the organisation through the transition from a traditional development department to a DevOps working model and from on-premises to cloud-based solutions.
As part of the Platform Team, developed Infrastructure-as-Code modules (Azure Landing Zones) so product teams can focus on application and feature development.
Results: Release cadence shifted from infrequent large releases to continuous feature-based deployments. Product teams became more autonomous and efficient through standardised Azure Landing Zones.
Solution Architect — MoMas @ De Nederlandsche Bank

Solution Architect for the MoMas programme, which restructured DNB’s process for producing macro-economic statistics. Responsible for two of four programme ‘islands’: Sources and Time Series. This was DNB’s first project to be developed entirely as SaaS in Azure.
Designed the solution architecture including cloud platform design, security model, data flows, and integration patterns.
Results: Delivered a new, scalable cloud-native data platform replacing a legacy on-premises process. Provided a reusable foundation for future SaaS and Azure projects at DNB.
Software Engineer — Monetair/BEA3 @ De Nederlandsche Bank (via ilionx)

Led the refactoring and greenfield rebuild of the BEA (Beheer Eligible Assets) application. Served as technical lead of sub-team Charlie, contributing to technical design, project setup, and development of the shared DNB.Monetair library.
Results: Delivered a modern, maintainable replacement for a legacy financial application. Faster and more reliable development cycles enabled the team to respond more quickly to changing regulatory requirements.

Active member of the SCRUM/DevOps team FloraMondo. Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHost for automated and reliable deployments. Conducted proof-of-concept research for new features using AWS and Azure. Delivered full-stack development in .NET Core, .NET Framework, ReactJS, Angular, and Azure Service Bus.
Results: Significantly higher release cadence through automated CI/CD pipelines. PoCs accelerated informed decision-making for new technology adoption.

Developed integrations with various base registrations through custom development and open-source software management (BRMO, B3Partners). Provided technical advice on architecture and integration choices.
Results: Robust and reliable integrations between provincial systems and national base registrations, resulting in improved data quality and consistency.
